Vintage 1980s Christ reversible quartz watch with two completely different faces, a white Roman numeral dial on one side and a deep blue cherub dial on the other.

Condition & Details

In perfect good condition with no scratches on the crystal. Gold-Plating in great condition. Little to no wear on the watch itself. The factory leather strap is barely used. This watch has been carefully preserved to maintain its originality.

Why This Watch?

This is one of those watches you rarely come across twice. Instead of simply changing the look with a strap, the entire watch can be turned over to reveal a second dial with a completely different personality.

One side is classic and almost formal, with black Roman numerals, Breguet style hands and a date at six. Flip it over and the watch becomes something entirely different, with a rich blue dial and a sculptural gold tone cherub forming the centrepiece.

The reversible construction is the real attraction here, especially because the strap is designed to be worn from either side as well. Add the cabochon details and the excellent overall condition, including a barely used strap, and this becomes a genuinely unusual piece for anyone who enjoys clever vintage design rather than the obvious choices.
